[ International Shipping ]
We ship worldwide and we use the following carriers:
・DHL Express
・Japan Post(EMS)
We ship international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid(DDP)basis. This means that all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are paid by us on your behalf. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery. Please note that due to high incidences of fraud, we will ship internationally at our discretion.

[ Refund Policy ]
Please note that all sales are considered final to ensure the exclusivity and quality of our curated vintage collection. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, fit, or minor color discrepancies between the screen and the actual item.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that has a significant defect not mentioned in the description or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the store tag still attached and uncut.
2. Return Process
Upon approval of your return request, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days. For valid defect claims, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
・Items with the store tag removed or tampered with.
・Items notified after the 3-day inspection window.
・Slight signs of wear common to vintage items.
[ Shipping Policy ]
We Provide secure, premium international shipping with all duties and taxes included for your convenience.
1. No Hidden Costs(DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)
We ship all orders on a DDP basis. All relevant import duties and taxes are already included in the price. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
2. Processing & Shipping time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days via DHL / Japan Post(EMS).
3. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failure
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or prolonged absence, the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Responsibility After Delivery
Our responsibility ends once the tracking status shows as "Delivered". We are not responsible for theft or loss after the package has been delivered to your specified address.
